Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

We do not offer returns and exchanges.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at hello@yesbeautifulsoul.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will advise you of next steps. Please include your order number, proof of purchase and photos of the wrong or damaged items with your email. 

Wrong Delivery Address / Unclaimed Shipment

If you provide a delivery address that is considered insufficient by the relevant postal services, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfilment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
